Who is CW France?
CW “Chuck” France is a SoCal technologist, former software engineer, systems integrator, and AI builder. His career has moved through software, small-business technology consulting, websites, photography, filmmaking, and entrepreneurship.
That combination helps him understand the technology, the business problem, and the people who ultimately have to use the solution.

Earlier in my career, I took care of the complete technology needs of a small local bank, two law firms, and a range of other small businesses, including retail operations.
For the bank, that meant everything from wiring, phones, cameras, servers, and desktops to software, employee training, and keeping critical systems running. The work was never just about equipment. It was about knowing the business, earning trust, and being there when something mattered.
